Entry & Fee Information
- Each Application and Contract must be completed and signed.
By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival Contract.
- An applicaton fee of $30.00 must be included with each application.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks through PAYPAL with your online application. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, sign up for one here, it is free and easy!
- Artists may choose only one category on the application that most closely reflects their work.

- A separate application and fee must be submitted to apply in more than one category.
If you would like to enter more than one category, you must submit separate applications & fees for each.
- Notification of acceptance will be mailed the week of June 23, 2008.
If you are accepted by the judges, you will be notified through the mail at the address submitted on your application. Accepted artists will also be posted on this Website on June 23, 2008.
- Because we do notify all applicants, we ask that artists refrain from making phone inquiries regarding the status of their application.
